Bergamo Rally From Two Sets Down
Bergamo delivered one of the weekend’s biggest surprises, recovering from a 2-1 deficit to defeat Novara in five sets. Despite 29 points from Tatiana Tolok, the visitors fought back to take the final two sets 25-18 and 15-10.
Silke Van Avermaet was named MVP after scoring 15 points, including five blocks. Kendall Kipp also contributed 15, while Denise Meli added 14 in a determined team performance.
Talmassons Extend Their Unbeaten Start
Newly promoted CDA Volley Talmassons continued their impressive start with a 3-1 home victory over Granda Volley Cuneo, securing their second consecutive win. Giulia Frosini led the hosts with 21 points, supported by Leonarda Grabic with 18. Setter Francesca Scola earned MVP honors.
